Cancellation Policy
Numinous Soul offers astrology and tarot readings as tools for self-reflection, symbolic insight, and conscious awareness. Readings are not predictive guarantees and do not replace professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, or financial). By booking a session, you acknowledge that astrology and tarot are interpretive practices and that free will and personal responsibility remain central. Astra inclinant, sed non obligant. Booking & Payment All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking or before the session. Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Payment confirms acceptance of these policies. Live Readings Live sessions are held online via Zoom or an agreed platform. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten the session. Sessions are recorded and shared unless otherwise stated. • One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice • Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable Recorded Readings Recorded readings are delivered within the timeframe stated on the service page (usually 7–10 days). Once delivered, recorded readings are non-refundable and cannot be revised. If an issue arises on the practitioner’s side, a reschedule or refund may be offered at discretion. Client Responsibility By booking, you confirm that you are emotionally and mentally able to engage with reflective material and take responsibility for how insights are integrated. Readings may bring emotional or perspective shifts. Numinous Soul reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if it is not aligned or respectful. Ethical Boundaries Numinous Soul does not provide readings on medical diagnosis, legal matters, gambling, financial speculation, third-party manipulation, or death predictions.
